    Q1. What does ‘Free Return’ mean?

    A1. You could return the item within 15 days after receiving the item for free within the limit of three(3) times per month.

     

    Q2. Who pays for the return shipping cost?

    A2. It is totally free for you to return the parcel under Free Return service within the limit of three(3) times per month.

    However, please be noted that combined returns are applied to some Free Return orders. If the pop-up window for combined returns pops up, please make sure to check all the items you want to return. If you miss to check the items, we will not be able to generate a second return label for the same order, you will need to submit a 'self drop-off' request for other items.

     

    Q3. As long as I return the goods, I could get full refund. Am I correct?

    A3. If you initiated your dispute with reason"I no longer need the item", you will have to make sure the item is in perfect condition with original packaging. If the product you return cannot be resold, we will issue a partial or 0 refund according to the actual situation

     

    Q4. How long will it take for me to get the refund?

    A4. Please take easy that the fund is guaranteed as We know how important your money is and we make sure that the refund is handled accordingly.

    Refund will be given once we have received your package and confirmed that the conditions for refund have been met. The sooner you return the item(s), the sooner you will get your refund!

    Usually, it takes 3-20 business days, varying with different banks, for buyers to receive the refund after the refund is successfully processed by Our Team Support.

    You can always go to your dispute detail page to keep updated about return progress. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction. You may check the order details to confirm whether the refund has been successfully processed, please feel free to contact your bank (please provide the ARN to your bank if there is) to follow up the Refund status.

     

    • Q5. Can I make an exchange instead of a return?

      A5. We regret that we are unable to provide exchange service currently. You may place a new order before or after receiving a refund, it being specified that the return procedure and the new order will be independent processes.
