How much is shipping? Regarding shipping, we offer free worldwide shipping on all our products. Regardless of your location, you can enjoy the convenience of having your orders delivered to your doorstep without any additional shipping charges.

Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or canceled as packaging and processing of your order begins immediately upon receipt of the order.

 

HOW LONG DOES THE DELIVERY TAKE? The time period for deliveries consists of two periods:
1) Processing time (1-3 working days):
order confirmation, adjustment, quality inspection, packaging
2) Delivery time (depending on the country approx. 8-14 working days):
The duration from our international shipping center to the delivery location . Once the item has been picked up from the warehouse, it will take
8-14 working days* to be delivered to the destination in: - USA / CAD / AUS
*All shipping times exclude delays due to customs and duties.
There may be delays during peak seasons such as New-Year / New-Me Promotions, Black Friday or Valentine's Day.

How do I change size, shipping address etc. of my order? After you place the order, the order details (like color, size, shipping address etc.) cannot be changed.

Order processing time may be delayed about 5 days during International Workers' Day, To celebrate International Workers' Day, many of our sellers will be on holiday from April 29- May 3. During that period, order processing, shipping and seller response time in dispute may be delayed about 5 working days.

Why does the shipment Tracking number change into a new one which shared with other orders? If the tracking number changed a new one as below, it means that the shipping method of shared orders had been updated a better one to improve the shipping time and you can pick up the orders’ packages together for the new shared tracking number.
